Pawan Hans Limited is a premier Central Public Sector Enterprise and India's largest Helicopter Company under the administrative control of Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. The Company is in Mini Ratna Category-I and has been making profits consistently over the years. The Company operates & maintains a fleet of 43 state-of-art helicopters of different make / capacity, such as Mi-172, Bell-206L4, Bell 407, Dauphin 365N/N3, Ecureuil AS-350350 B3 & ALH Dhruv Helicopter.

The Company requires Junior Instructors and Workshop Demonstrators on contractual basis for its Training Institute.

 

Junior Instructor

Qualification required

a)      Basic Licence (BAMEL) in any category OR Degree in Engineering in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instruments Engineering OR Diploma in any of the above disciplines OR Bachelor of Science with Physics, Chemistry & Maths / Bachelor of Science (Electronics)

b)      One year practical / instructional experience for holders of Engineering Degree   OR BAMEL and Three years practical / instructional experience in Aviation Industry for others.

c)      Instructors assigned to teach Paper-I (Air Law, Airworthiness requirement & human performance) should have passed Paper-I of AME Licence Examination.

d)      Instructors teaching Paper-III subjects should have passed Paper-III of the relevant category or have adequate maintenance experience in relevant category.

 

Experience

One year post qualification, relevant instructor experience in Aviation Industry

Monthly Emoluments: Rs. 23,500/-- all inclusive

Upper age limit: 25 years as on 01.07.2018

 

Workshop Demonstrator

Qualification required

General

  • Reservation & Age Relaxation will be as per Government of India directives.
  • The Management reserves the right to shortlist those candidates who according to its decision rank high in terms of eligibility criteria among the applications received and mere eligibility will not entitle any candidates for being called for Test.
  • Applications are liable to be rejected if it is not in the prescribed format, incomplete, unsigned, copies of testimonials in support of age; caste/class, qualification, experience etc. are not enclosed or received after the closing date. Incomplete/illegible/ineligible applications will be deemed invalid and rejected without intimation to the candidate.
  • The Management also reserves the right to reject any application, cancel the post or candidature without assigning any reasons thereof.
  • Candidates working in Public Sector Undertakings / Government Organizations etc. should apply through proper channel or produce NOC at the time of Test.
  • The eligibility criteria for determination of age, experience and qualification etc will be calculated as on 01.07.2018.

  • Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained.
  • The recruitment process can be cancelled/postponed/suspended/terminated without any prior notice/assigning any reasons at any stage.
  • In case of receipt of large number of applications, shortlisting would be done based on marks obtained in prescribed qualification.

Eligible candidates meeting the above requirement may visit careers tab on the company's website www.pawanhans.co.in and should apply online latest by 27th July, 2018. The duly filled & signed print out of the online application form after affixing a recent passport size photograph accompanied with copies of self-attested testimonials in support of age, caste, qualification, experience, etc., Demand Draft (towards application fee- non refundable) for Rs.118/- (Rupees one hundred and eighteen only) inclusive of GST @ 18% in favour of Pawan Hans Ltd, payable at Mumbai (SC & ST candidates are exempted from payment of application fee) shall be sent by post.

Printout of Application complete in all respects duly super scribed on the envelope with the post applied shall be sent at the following address latest by 3rd August, 2018.
