As part of Pawan Hans' endeavours to adopt e-Governance in public procurement and to strengthen transparency, confidentiality and efficiency further and as per the direction of Central Vigilance Commission, Pawan Hans has made arrangements for inviting all tenders having estimated value of Rs. 5 lakhs or more through e-Tendering / e-Procurement system for procurement of goods and services. For the said purpose M/s ITI Limited shall be providing eTendering solutions.

All suppliers/Contractors already registered earlier/desirous to be registered with Pawan Hans and wish to have business, are required to register themselves with Pawan Hans.

It is mandatory for the vendors who are interested in supplying helicopter spares and parts exclusively, to get themselves registered as per following procedure.

Download "Performa for Registration of Suppliers" and submit the same to Pawan Hans separately on their Company's Letter Head along with requisite details & Annexure asked for. Application along with the filled up Performa complete in all respect be forwarded at below email address.

Qualified Supplier shall be intimated about an exclusive Vendor Registration No. on approval from Competent Authority after scrutiny & evaluation of technical & statistical data submitted vide their application.

E-Procurement

M/s ITI Ltd has been engaged by Pawan Hans as Service provider for all its E-Tendering solutions. In order to participate in the E-Tendering process all suppliers are required to register themselves with M/s ITI Ltd. Therefore, all Supplies are requested to contact M/s ITI Ltd directly for Registration purpose as per their Terms & Conditions. At present, an amount of Rs. 2247.00 is payable to M/s ITI Ltd. as Annual Registration Amount.
