Pawan Hans has established two National Institutes under skill India Initiatives i.e. PHTI (Pawan Hans Training Institute) and NIASS (National Institute of Aviation Safety & Services).
To further take forward Skill India Initiatives in Helicopter Industry, Pawan Hans has constructed Nations first Heliport at Rohini in New Delhi. This Heliport will be a one-point solution for public passenger services, MRO and skill development centre for training of pilots, AMEs & technicians.
