|
CHPL / ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company.
OR
Aircraft Engineer with AME license endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company.

Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with safety experience with or without flying / medical category.
OR
Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognised University with safety experience.

The incumbent should have adequate relevant experience in Aviation out of which minimum 3 years of experience in accident investigation and Safety Audit etc and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC.

Basic training on incident investigation, Safety Audit and Safety Management System.
A sound knowledge on Civil Commercial Operation / Maintenance with analytical skill and Computer literacy.

Consultants - on fixed term engagement basis
Appointment / Empanelment of Defence services personnel and Retired Officers from Government of India, Central or State PSUs or Airlines or Aviation Institutes or other Aviation Companies or any Individual from a Public / Private Agency or Company etc as Consultants purely on fixed term engagement basis to functions in Flight Safety Department as per the present and future requirement of the Company.

Individuals who have retired at the level of E-7 and above from a schedule CPSE or equivalent level in Government of India or individuals having total experience of not less than twenty years including minimum experience of three years at Top / Senior Management Level (DPE grades E-7 / E-8 or its equivalent CTC level)

Individuals who have retired at the level of E-5 or E-6 from a CPSE or equivalent level in Government of India or individuals having total experience of not less than sixteen years including minimum experience of three years at Middle Management Level (DPE grades E-5 / E-6 or its equivalent CTC level)

Duration:
The incumbent will be engaged initially for a period of one year further extendable as per requirements of the Company.
Age Limit:
The age of individual should not be more than 63 years at the time of engagement. However depending upon the expertise and proficiency of the individual in a particular field, maximum age may be relaxed upto 65 years at the time of engagement for appointment as a Consultant. However, for engagement of Consultant in Safety, the maximum age may be considered upto the age of 67 years at the time of engagement.

Please note that the PHL Management reserves the right to decide about selection in appropriate level/grade/category of any individual applicant for Safety positions on contract / consultant basis commensurate with age, qualification, experience, level & scale of pay at time of retirement and emoluments/CTC of the individual.

- The eligibility criteria for determination of age, experience etc will be calculated as on the last date for receipt of application i.e. 14th Feb 2020.
