CMD, Pawan Hans Presented Mobile Medical Unit to Honourable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh under CSR initiative

Air Commodore T A Dayasagar, Chairman & Managing Director of Pawan Hans Limited presented one Mobile Medical Unit to Shri Jai Ram Thakur, Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh during ongoing gala function of Mahashivratri at Patel Ground of Mandi district on 05.03.2019.

MMU presented to Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh is BS IV compliant and fitted with all basic medical equipment's.

These units will have basic medical facilities where a doctor and registered nurse can provide the basic primary healthcare services to rural communities at their door-step / local area community centers, e.g. general check-up's health awareness programme, childhood immunization, family planning, wound dressing and management of common ailments like colds, diarrhea, fever and first aid facility etc. The objective is to provide the primary health services to the people at their door step and is like to bring benefit and quality of good health services.

Pawan Hans has also provisioned LED in the Mobile Medical Unit to run State Govt. held programmes and schedule of deployment of mobile unit at different location of Mandi District for public awareness and for utilizing the medical services at their door step.
