Mr. Pradeep Agrawal is a distinguished infrastructure professional with 38 years of experience in strategic infrastructure planning, aviation infrastructure and large-scale project delivery.
He superannuated as Additional Director General, Armed Forces Infrastructure, a Level 15 position equivalent to Additional Secretary to the Government of India. He has extensive experience in aviation infrastructure, including airfields, runways, hangars and other critical facilities, along with leadership roles at NATRIP and NRIDA.
He has led major national infrastructure programmes, including the $365-million NATRIP greenfield programme and NRIDA's $3.4-billion annual rural-roads programme, and spearheaded the development of eMARG, a nationwide digital platform for rural road maintenance. He is also a qualified International Arbitrator (MCIArb, UK), with expertise in contract management and dispute resolution.
His distinguished career has been recognised with the PIARC International Award, CIDC Vishwakarma Award, National e-Governance Silver Award and Chief of Army Staff's Commendation.
His extensive experience in aviation infrastructure, large-scale projects and strategic project governance will be valuable to Pawan Hans Limited's infrastructure and expansion initiatives.
